After nearly 40 incredible years, we wanted to share a heartfelt update with you all.
Run & Fly has always been a family-run business – originally started by Jeram and later passed down to his son Atul, who has led it with creativity, heart, passion and has taken us to where we are today.
After long and careful consideration, Atul has decided to step back from the business and take a well earned rest. Out of respect for his privacy and his family, we won’t be sharing more than that – but we’re sending him all our love and best wishes, and we know many of you will want to do the same.
After much reflection, we’ve decided to begin winding things down. It just wouldn’t feel right to continue Run & Fly without Atul at the helm.
We’re still here for now – with a few final releases in the pipeline – but you may have noticed smaller drops and more limited sizing recently. This is why.
That said, this isn’t goodbye.
With Atul’s full blessing and support, Rebel Romance (founded by one of our team) will be continuing the Run & Fly legacy. From Summer 2025, they’ll be bringing you your favourite shapes (and some new ones!) with all-new prints, even more inclusive sizing, and the same commitment to ethical, feel-good fashion. Each season one print will be made for the Atul Mandalia Foundation where 10% of profit will go to charity to carry on his amazing ethos and generosity for others.
We’re also happy to say that our fabric shop – Brunswick Mills – will continue running as usual, so you can still get your hands on our iconic prints by the metre.
We’re so proud of everything we’ve built together since 1986. Thank you for every order, every message, and every moment. It’s not goodbye just yet but we always like to be fully transparent and we wouldn’t be where we are without you lovely lot.
We love you all and hope you’ll stick with us through this next chapter.
