The festive season is fast approaching, and we’re getting ready to dispatch our final bit of seasonal joy before we all take a well-earned break until the new year!
We want to ensure any gifts arrive in time to be popped under the tree so please keep reading for our closure dates.
Last Shipping Dates for Christmas Delivery
If you’re hoping to receive your Run & Fly goodies before Christmas, please make sure that orders are placed by these dates:
- International Orders: Wednesday, 6th December 2024
- UK Orders (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Thursday, 19th December 2024
We’ll continue to be picking, packing and dispatching orders until midday on Friday, 20th December however we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas after the above dates.
If you've by chance missed these dates and need a quick last minute gift option we do offer virtual gift cards here which are delivered immediately into your email inbox. They do not expire so can be used anytime!
Warehouse Closure Dates
Our small warehouse team will be taking a well-deserved packing break from 20th December 2024 until 2nd January 2025. Any orders placed during the close will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible after we return on the 2nd.
Customer Service Holiday Schedule
Our customer service team elves will be closed from 23rd December 2024 until 3rd January 2025. However, they’ll keep a close eye on any urgent requests that come through on email. Please ensure any urgent order cancellations or changes are labelled clearly and include your order number so this can be forwarded for the warehouse team and resolved as soon as possible.
