Update 28.11.24 - Please note that as of today we are unable to use Royal Mail to send parcels to Canada as this is passed over to Canada Post who are not accepting further orders. Any orders placed from Canada can only be dispatched with DPD upgraded shipping.
We’ve got a little announcement for our Canadian customers. If you’ve placed an order with us recently—or were thinking of doing so—this one’s for you.
If you are not already aware the Canada Post workers are on strike, which unfortunately means no mail is being processed by their team.
We've heard that most other shipping services are still delivering, but since Canada Post's closure has put a heavier load on other shipping companies, delays may still happen.
Even if the strike ends soon, Canada Post has said there could still be disruptions after as they work through a big backlog of parcels and letters.
We’re keeping an eye on things and we recommend you do too. If you are not already aware we do have a couple Canadian stockists: Pinpoint and Heartbreak Boutique as well as a few other international stockists here.
