Återbetalningspolicy

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. You are welcome to send back any item for whatever reason within 60 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange for a different size (where applicable and available), another item or simply refund your money.  Items must have been purchased directly from www.runandfly.co.uk and not a stockist.  If items were purchased from a stockist please reach out to them first as we do not hold your money for this order so therefore cannot refund to you. 

Please note we cannot refund gift cards, if you have made a mistake please contact us immediately after ordering.

Please make sure that when you return an item you return it complete with the returns form you will have received with the delivery outlining the reason for the return, if you do not have one please include a note with your name, order number, address, reason for return and what you would like us to do. A returned product is subject to a final inspection before your return is processed. 

All returns/exchanges must be returned unworn (where applicable) and still with the label attached within 60 days of receipt. Clothing cannot be exchanged/refunded if it has any visible signs of being worn.  We have a free returns portal for our UK customers.  We cannot refund postage if you return in any other method to us.  If you are unsure of the fit/measurements of any of the garments please contact us BEFORE you order. We will gladly help you in anyway.

Please note that the original shipping charge will not be reimbursed upon exchange/refund unless the item is faulty. We aim to process all exchanges/returns within five working days of receipt. Please feel free to email/call us to check on the status of returns/exchanges. For your own protection, please use our free returns portal which you will find in the header and footer of the website. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail when you ship them back to us.
For Overseas customers returning goods – please make sure when returning goods to us that the packaging contains clearly visible documentation on the outside of the package that the goods originally came from the UK and that they are being returned to Run and Fly Clothing for a particular reason which you must state. Please mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ . If you do not do this then we may be liable for additional customs duty which we would unfortunately have to pass onto yourself. This could be done by either deducting the cost of the charge from the refund amount or issuing you with an additional invoice which must be paid in full before the replacement item was sent out.
